Hi ALEXANDER can we have a little interview?

Ciao bello, yes of course.

Where have you pratice in before ETS in Riccione and what are your impression about the car and the new Volante tyres?

I haven’t had practice in Riccione this year. We have some informations form last year, as I did two events there. We already had plenty of test sessions in Hudy Arena with the new Volante tire, and we have an idea of how the car will behave on these tires. The tires provides a lot of grip, if only for a short time, and the car will roll around a lot, so seems a bit harder to drive compared to the tire from last year (Ride).

What is your favourite surface? And what do you think about the Riccione track?

I personally prefer carpet tracks, but Riccione is a very nice asphalt track. It is fast and flowing, with cambered corners, and some bumpy sections. Its difficult to make a good laptime there without taking some risks.

Do you think to use the ARS rear suspension or the classic one for this kind of track?

ARS is the best initial setting for Riccione, judging from last years results. We will have to wait and see, how the weather will affect the track conditions.

Do you think that T4 16 will have some advantages compared to other competition cars?

The T4 has the advantage that the car has remained about the same for the last two years, and thus, we have a lot of setup information that can be used also from the previous season. This may give us an edge on the competition. Another advantage is the possibility to switch between a standard rear and an ARS suspension, as both are included in the standard kit.

Who will be your biggest rival at ETS in Riccione?

My biggest rivals will be the usual suspects – Marc Rheinard, Ronald Volker, as well as my team mate Bruno Coelho.

Ciao ALEXANDER, possiamo farti una piccola intervista?

Ciao bello, certo.

Dove ti sei allenato prima dell’ETS di RICCIONE e quali sono le tue impressioni sulla macchina e le nuove gomme Volante?

Quest’anno non mi sono allenato a Riccione, ho delle informazioni dall’anno scorso avendo partecipato a due eventi li.
Abbiamo fatto molti test con le nuove gomme Volante presso la Hudy Arena e abbiamo un’idea abbastanza chiara di come si comporterà la macchina; le gomme danno molto grip, ma solo per poco tempo, poi la machina inizia a scivolare molto, è molto difficile da guidare in confronto all’anno scorso con le vecchie gomme (Ride Tyres).

Qual’è la tua superficie preferita? E cosa ne pensi della pista di RICCIONE?

Personalmente preferisco i tracciati in moquette, ma Riccione è una bellissima pista in asfalto, è veloce e scorrevole, con curve a gomito e delle sezioni irregolari; sarà molto difficile fare un buon tempo sul giro senza prendere dei rischi.

Pensi di usare il sistema ARS e la sospensione posteriore standard per questo tipo di pista?

L’ARS è il miglior setting iniziale per Riccione guardando i risultati degli anni passati.
Dobbiamo però aspettare il meteo per capire meglio come organizzarci.

Pensi che la T4 16 abbia dei vantaggi rispetto agli altri modelli da competizione?

La t4 ha il vantaggio di essere rimasta più o meno la stessa negli ultimi due anni, quindi abbiamo molte informazioni che possiamo usare grazie alle nostre esperienze passate.
Questo può darci un vantaggio in gara; un’altro vantaggio è la possibilità di utilizzare sia la sospensione posteriore standard, sia il sistema ARS.

Chi saranno i tuoi più grandi rivali all’ETS di RICCIONE?

I miei più grandi rivali saranno i soliti noti: Marc Rheinard, Ronald Volker e il mio compagno di squadra (XRAY) Bruno Coelho.
